All payments are processed through secure payment gateways. You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account. Invoices will be provided for business orders as applicable.

7. Order Fulfillment and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Mediabank Ad Solutions is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to shipping carrier delays, customs issues, or force majeure events. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. Installation and additional services are subject to separate agreements and fees.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mediabank Ad Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or relating to your use of or inability to use our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
